What a pleasant experience here at Kokuo Reflexology (at Markt Lane). From the moment we arrived until the treatment ended, the entire service was truly top notch. The front desk staff explained everything clearly, were very welcoming, and gave recommendations that suited our needs perfectly. All of the therapists were amazing as well — the massage pressure was just right, not painful at all. Everything felt perfectly balanced. The place itself is clean, comfortable, fragrant, and very peaceful. There’s even a small garden oasis filled with beautiful birds and ornamental fish, which adds such a calming touch. Throughout the treatment, our comfort was clearly their main priority. The pressure was adjusted accordingly, and they consistently checked in to ensure everything felt comfortable. The treatment duration was also fully in accordance with the selected package — not reduced even a little bit. During the treatment, complimentary drinks such as ocha and mineral water were provided.
